At the start of 2020, the interesting healthcare technology questions were not just about AI. They were about how data aggregation, interoperability, IoT, analytics, and privacy were starting to collide in real delivery systems.

This interview was my attempt to keep those threads connected. Standards like FHIR mattered. So did cloud and machine learning. But none of it meant much without the operational discipline to deal with fragmented data, governance, and the fact that healthcare organizations rarely get to modernize one subsystem at a time.
